Meet Nikki! She is deep rooted in wellness and has strived to ensure her body is being cared for holistically. Continually sharing that knowledge with others, Nikki has learned that information is power and her mission has become to educate others in the healing qualities of Infrared Saunas and all things wellness!

Nikki is a visionary, a gatherer of people, and a connecter! She lives in Warren Vermont with her husband and three children.

SHANNON

Shannon has a deep passion for holistic health and wellness; both for individuals and communities. She believes wellness thrives with lifestyle medicine and healthy systems. Shannon discovered Infrared Saunas as a therapeutic support for healing from Lyme/Bartonella, Mold Illness, and Raynaud’s disease and wants to bring this to her community.
Hailing from the Bay Area, California, Shannon has lived in Warren, VT with her partner, son and daughter for over 10 years.
